Thursday, 9/6 HW: Work on Vocabulary Sheet WU: 1.What landmarks would you use to describe how to get home from school? (Name at least 3.) 2.How could you describe the location of an object in the room? 3.How can you determine how quickly or slowly an object is moving? Friday, 9/7 HW: Work on Vocabulary Sheet WU: Use this link and scroll to the last page of the pdf to compare the motion of the two trains pictured there. 1.Explain the motion of the train, camera, and ground in the top picture. 2.Explain the motion of the train, camera, and ground in the bottom picture. 3.Give an example of how the apparent motion of an object depends on the observer’s motion.
